Rooted Practice: Integrating Nature-Based Therapy While Caring for the Therapist

Rooted Practice: Integrating Nature-Based Therapy While Caring for the Therapist

A 2-day experiential training for therapists exploring how nature can deepen therapeutic practice while supporting sustainability and care for the clinician.

Join us for a two-day experiential workshop exploring how nature can deepen therapeutic practice while supporting the sustainability of the therapist.

Held between the gardens and greenhouse of Sage Cottage and Wild Juniper Farms, this workshop invites clinicians to slow down, reconnect with the land, and learn practical ways to incorporate nature into their work with clients.

Participants will experience guided nature-based practices, learn adaptable therapeutic interventions, and explore ways to cultivate personal practices that support regulation, presence, and longevity in the helping professions.

This workshop blends teaching, reflection, and hands-on experiences in a small, intimate group setting.
