Whether you’re a new therapist, a seasoned clinician, or a supervisor-in-training, I offer support that meets you where you are—with insight, respect, and care.

My areas of specialization include:

  • Neurobiology-informed practice

  • Trauma and complex trauma

  • Attachment and relational therapy

  • Grief and loss

  • Play and expressive therapies

  • EMDR and integrative trauma approaches

  • Family systems therapy

  • Nature-based and ecologically informed therapy

  • Therapist identity, ethics, and reflective practice

My Approach

My supervision style is collaborative, relational, and grounded in both the science of change and the art of therapy. I draw from a strong foundation in trauma-informed care, attachment theory, and experiential approaches. Whether we’re exploring clinical dilemmas, countertransference, or system-level complexity, I hold a reflective space where both clients and therapists can remain at the center.

I’m a BCACC Approved Clinical Supervisor, and I currently support therapists and supervisors across a wide range of programs, disciplines, and communities.

Currently, I:

  • Provide therapy at Sage Cottage, my rural, nature-based practice

  • Support clients and clinicians at Stepping Stones Counselling Group in Kelowna

  • Offer supervision and consultation to professionals across BC and beyond

  • Serve as a leadership team member at 3Trees Okanagan, a registered charity supporting youth navigating trauma and self-injury
