We specialize in supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) of all ages from children to adults. We provide creative and responsive supports in the home, community and school environments. We work closely and collaboratively with social workers, teachers, professionals, and most importantly families. Our Autism Programs are personalized and designed to meet the needs of each client and family. Treatment goals are based on the individual. They might include things such as relationships, communication, social skills, personal care, job performance, school work, or self esteem.
We offer Autism groups or one-on-one instruction at home, in school, or in the community. The aim is to improve how a child interacts socially and forms bonds with others. This usually means learning through role playing or practice. Classes are led by a therapist or certified Behaviour Consultant.
Our social skills groups are aimed to help children with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other developmental disabilities or children with various social deficits to learn the important skills of communication both verbally and non-verbally. These groups offer children and teens the opportunity to learn and practice these skills in a safe environment with their peers.
Please note that many of our groups are not ASD-exclusive. For a full list of our groups, please click here.
