Linda has an undergraduate degree in Psychology and her Masters of Social Work from the University of Toronto. With over 30 years of experience, Linda brings a strengths- and hope-based approach to her work with children, youth, adults and families. She has worked in acute care and child and adolescent mental health settings, as well as in private practice. She has also taught family counselling, children’s mental health, and grief and loss at the University of Calgary and Mount Royal University. Linda is committed to ongoing professional development, and has training in cognitive behaviour therapy, expressive arts, play therapy, mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, parent coaching, Heart Math, and Emotionally Focused Couples Therapy.
