C.H.A.T. – Stress Reduction & Increasing Quality of Life
We invite teens to this two part series to learn practical and effective techniques to decrease daily stress & anxiety in a safe and supportive environment. This event is part workshop and part social event. Saturday and Sunday morning will be spend discussing the topics and Sunday afternoon will be all fun!
